Jacqueline Pfeffer is the co-owner + founder of JuiceBuzz Delray.

This is just a story of being in “the right place at the right time”.  I really believe that can be applied to all of my life and all of everyone’s life, unless of course you’re in “the wrong place at the wrong time”. Perception is reality.

So here’s the long and the short of it.

I believe my life’s experiences between education from a good school, to traveling abroad to several foreign countries and living in other states gave me profound opportunities that led me to where I am today. From working in hospitality and being in service to teaching yoga, ALL of it led me to JuiceBuzz.

Born in Florida but raised in New Jersey I always thought Florida was my home. But after graduating from the University of Florida with an emphasis in Travel and Tourism and a minor in Business, Hawaii and California was where I’d go to work in hotels and restaurants. Along the way I picked up yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

Instead of boring you with all the details let’s just say it was meant to be that in July 2013 I actually got to co-create and co-found the first dedicated organic cold pressed juice bar in the small town of Delray Beach, Florida. (Not so small anymore.)

I do believe that food is medicine and that good quality and integrity of customer service and product is what makes our business successful. Often it’s joked amongst customers that JuiceBuzz is known as the healthy “CHEERS” of today. I LOVE that because commUNITY is so important to me!

JuiceBuzz MRKT + JUICERY opened its doors June 1, 2018 with the new partnership brought in by my sister Jessica. Just a few years apart in age and many life path differences, Jessica and I make the perfect partnership. She brings a lot to the table and has allowed me to be bicoastal coming back-and-forth from California.

With all of the past roles I have had in hospitality, education, and mental health therapy I know my path has brought me exactly where I am supposed to be. Luckily my sister gave me this opportunity to share her “baby” and a month later we were able to extend her vision of “food is medicine” into a boutique market.

As a yogi and yoga teacher I believe in serving others and what better way than with organic cold pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls and now holistic products. I also am known for my strong family orientation therefore owning a business with my sister and running it with my boyfriend was a no brainer. I definitely believe timing is everything and we are what we eat. After struggling with health issues I changed my diet and started to notice the products I have been using. I have worn make up on my face since I was 15, 21 years later I don’t even want to think about all the chemicals and toxins I have been putting on my body. In today’s age we have all the resources and knowledge all we need to do is act on it.
